Cybase23
was launched in 1996 with the aim of promoting the Industrial Music scene in
the UK.
It provided a body of information along with articles and reviews from various
contributers.
We think that we provided a useful focal point in the early years and were joined
by many new and exciting websites in the years that followed.
Much has changed in the meantime and our aims for the site have altered too.
Cybase23 will relaunch soon in a new format.
